Cherish Academy provides a very fun-filled kindergarten readiness program for ages 3 to 5; an activity-packed learning environment which instills a love for learning in children and boosts their confidence and self-esteem as they develop their speaking, reading, writing, fine/gross motor and social skills.
Our mission
is to provide joyous and meaningful experiences while developing equally minded students empowered to act both locally and globally in a diverse world. We believe that quality education is provided through building bridges of trust, communication and common goals between the home and school.
About
I have worked as a preschool teacher for 7 years in the private and public school setting, and my love for kids and my passion for teaching motivated me to start my child care program. I have a Stem credential in early child development from DeAnza College, in an emphasis to encourage kids to learn through spatial awareness of their surroundings around them and their environment. I want to create a nurturing environment, where kids are cared for with respect and treated with dignity, keeping in mind their own unique characteristics.
